Downtown Cottage - Walk to the Beach & Restaurants

Extremely clean and super well maintained, tasteful decor and interior, fast WiFi, friendly host, parking on site, washer/dryer and beach equipment available for use, safe nice area. Overall a great and comfortable stay and I highly recommend this cottage.

Very nice place , well decorated to match with the area , we loved it ! It is very clean , with many towels etc … Great washing machine … The owner is very nice and gave clear instructions We loved also the possibility to park the car in the garden in front of the house

The only drawback I would say, but it is the same almost everywhere in the states, it would have been good to have additional curtains in the bedrooms to have them darker in the night ….

Very cozy and great location.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by, easy check in and easy to find, hosts were quick to respond when needed, clean when we arrived.

Not very many towels/washcloths provided, only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for a 5 day stay. Not a huge deal, but would've been more convenient had it been fully stocked.

Stay was very reasonably priced, I did not put gas in my vehicle ONE TIME. I don’t know how much easier this stay could have actually gotten. Food, restaurants, bars, shops and the BEACH literally all walking distance. The apartment was well kept, AC worked just fine, beds were great, all the utensils you need, tvs in every room (didn’t need to watch but still) Beach supplies was great and most in good condition. Owners communicated in timely fashion, I recommend this place and I will be using this place for further stays 10/10.

House is in a great location for walking to the beach and Downtown Cocoa Beach restaurants and other shops.

Great location within walking distance to great shops and restaurant options. Host provided great recommendations on restaurants. Highly recommend Luna Kahuna for a more upscale dinner experience.

Weather did not fully cooperate during our visit but we did get some beach time in. Otherwise the visit was fine and we enjoyed several of the art galleries.
