I thought it was a 5bhk complete villa but it was distributed.. That we didn't like.. we were a group of 10 people and all were distributed here and there

Beautiful facilities such as spacious, new furniture, well kept, swimming pool. Also, the living room was very beautiful & comfortable- a perfect place to relax with friends. The caretaker was cordial.

Unprofessional staff. Management needs to change their staff who take care of booking. They kept on saying wrong things and yelled at me. Not even listening to me. They do not understand that the hospitality business works on customer service, etiquette and politeness.

Pool, decor, space,food , cleanliness

AC of biggest bed room was not working. Had pathetic experience and sleepless night. My child cried due to heat. Fans also were not proper nor cooler .I need proper compensation for big room.

The house was clean and the caretaker was really nice!!

The ekostay customer care person was just terrible. Did not receive my call till night. That was the most annoying thing. Had to call booking.com for help. She was rude!!

Pool area

After 6 u can't go in pool. Most imp there is no kitchen facility
