NZThe location is very nice. Kitchen equipment is good. Easy parking. Quiet location.
The door lock is not easy to open. Windows hard to close. Toilet seat sliding around.

The wifi was very patchy Shower was very weak Hot water was not very hot No instructions as to how things worked We were supplied with 3 different codes for the lockbox. Tried to contact hosts and left a message. Never got any reply. Property was a bit neglected outside.

Presentation could be improved around the property, and the rubbish bin was incredibly smelly. Notified owner. Fairly minor though

The shower was not very clean, quite small too. Safety was issue, we did not feel safe. The house is quite open to the public, no fencing. The neighbors were very loud, with loud cars which actually woke me up. Neighbors arguing early in the morning

NZIt was cute and cosy for just us The bedroom was spacious and great layout It was quiet and peaceful Had a nice big backyard We enjoyed how easy the contact between the owners were for letting two other guests stay for one night.
The front door was hard to unlock. The house was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down. I found pieces of hair on the towel & in the shower before i used them. Cleaning supplies were dirty and looked like they had been used from previous people who had stayed.
