Alojamento com várias situações pouco adequadas como cabos eléctricos expostos e resíduos de obras por limpar. Se resolvidas, recomendaria a estadia.

Beperkte afwerkingsgraad, schimmel aan plafond douche, in de keuken zouden grotere potten en pannen wel handig zijn, alsook ontbrak de dop van de wasbak waardoor manueel afwassen niet evident was. Temperatuur in het appartement was, ondanks het mindere weer, vrij hoog, wil niet weten hoe warm het er wordt als het buiten >30graden is. Mss toch installatie airco overwegen

BELe logement est globalement bien. Nous avons aimé la taille du logement, le calme du bord de l'eau. Les 3 salles d'eau et la cuisine ouverte. La mise à disposition de ventilateurs et anti moustiques.
Le parking était trop loin donc pas utilisé. Une latte du lit parental manquaient ce qui entraînait des difficultés en cascade sur les autres lattes et un vrai problèmede confort. Une fenêtre était défectueuse. Le matériel de cuisine était limité. Pas de grande casserole. Après signalement du problème de lit le premier jour, les gérants ont annoncé leur venue sans le faire finalement. Beaucoup de petits problèmes de finition, prise électrique et câbles pendants, tâches d'humidité, ... le concours / tombola proposé pour obtenir un séjour gratuit en échange d'une cotation 5* pourrait entraîner une cotation de l'établissement peut-être faussée.
GBLots of space in a quiet location. It also had public on road parking outside the front door.
As expected but it was a bit far from the city centre.
FRAppartement très bien équipé et situé dans une zone qui sera après travaux très agréable dans Bilbao.
Il serait peut être nécessaire de refaire prochainement des travaux de « fraîcheur » dans l’appartement notamment suite au dégât des eaux dans une des salles de bain.

Only down side was the location is a touch out of the way - still very walkable to the bus stop though. Also the washing area is shared with other apartments and was busy a lot of the time we were there

Garage is 15’ walking away from the property, so barely usable. At least there was available parking on the street. WiFi is very bad and not available in every room. The facilities are somehow poor and somehow stinky due to humidity everywhere. Quite far from city center and main attractions
