JCGA Apartments at Megatower Residences IV - Near SM & Session Rd

Unit owner able to accommodate request to drop luggage in early morning arrival before check-in time.

Drop off of luggage is far from property rented in booking.com where it was advertised.

Considering the affordable price…its Excellent value is amazing! 3 minutes walk to major street as well SM Baguio. Cleanliness ✅ Location ✅ Friendly Staff (always checking on us)✅ Great Job!! ❤️

Room was big enough; water pressure was strong, and wifi was good during our stay.

Communication with the unit rep on messaging was very slow, it's obvious they dont place a high regard on answering guests who message them about concerns. The unit is right beside a traffic crossroad so it is very noisy 24/7. Closing the glass doors (which don't lock, a security concern) to the small balcony doesn't help at all. Furthermore, the glass doors are your only source of ventilation into the unit (no airconditioning), so if it's a warm night, you will sweat while enduring vehicular traffic noise. Not a good place to stay for the warm months.
