Old Trafford 3BR Penthouse! Free Street Parking & Long stays accepted!

We booked this apartment for 2 nights. On checking in, we witnessed The apartment was left dirty and unwashed cutlery and crockery. Bathroom, bed linen and towels were still left as used by previous occupiers. My son made a video. My son left as hosts said that cleaners coming in 15 minutes but the cleaners said it will be 2 hours, my son went and checked into a hotel after speaking to host who said they will refund one night, despite communication and asking the host completely ignored my question regarding refund. The cleaners came the next morning to clean. We came back to stay the last night but it was just fine.

The location is perfect if you’re visiting Old Trafford Stadium.

The apartment is far too small for the occupancy it is catered for. It looks like the owner has put a partition wall where the living room was and has turned it into a bedroom. The apartment would have been perfect if it was left as just 2 bedrooms. There is no where to sit comfortably in the living area, just table and chairs! No sofa!! The hot water doesn’t last for 4 people to shower never mind if the apartment was at full occupancy. I don’t think the apartment was cleaned either. There was lots of dust and bits on the floor, the bathroom hadn’t been wiped over and there was an awful musky smell in there as we walked in. It seemed to me like it hadn’t been aired. It needs a lot of TLC, even a lick of paint would make a lot of difference. There was also leads trailing from the tv via an extension which is a massive trip hazard.

Communal access corridors could be cleaner but don't be put off by that, flat was fine.
