Unfortunately there is more than one Pompeii train station and our train from Sorrento took us to another one that was a 34 minute walk dragging our luggage ( the taxi refused to drive us and the bus was too crowded). Not the owners fault.

Communication with the host was great. Good value for money.

Nicely decorated place. Communication provided good information on getting around Pompei, done in several languages.

breakfast without much choice

Gino was great! He gave us directions and met us upon our arrival, even though we were late because of our train. The place was very clean, AC ran, and comfortable for the night! He even helped us make dinner reservations as it was very busy and let us keep our bags there after check out so we could explore the ruins before leaving. Great location- very quiet but close enough to the city centre to walk.

The host Gino, was excellent and helpful in assisting us visiting the fantastic ruins at both Pompeii and Ercolano. The location was excellent easy walking to Pompeii and the train stations, for visiting the whole Naples and Sorrento/Amalfi areas.

Nothing, the location and facilities were perfect for our trip.

It’s a reasonable B&B room with a bathroom. Good to stay overnight. We selected location to be able to ride to Salerno for the boat trip along Amalfi beach. However, it’s not that far from Pompei center and archeological site.

Reasonable stay for B&B facility, nothing to complain.

The location is very convenient as you can reach the Pompeii archaeological site in a short 15 minutes walk. The host was super nice and helpful, giving us lots of useful tips that made our stay an excellent experience. That made a big difference, thanks Gino! Highly recommended!

Gino messaged me prior to arriving and sent me a video of how to enter the property , alongside with the code. This was very helpful. He also welcomed me there. The weather was fabulous, but at the same time this meant I would probably be dehydrated most of the time, Gino ensured to leave a bottle of water beside the chest. He would message almost every day to give train directions. Cheapest public transport routes and tourist spots. He is very attentive. I felt like I had gone to my grandmothers house as his dear mother lives beside and she likes to say hello in Italian. They are a very friendly family, neighbourhood and people. He provided a hair dryer, and a Map which was thoughtful. The station is less than a 6 minute walk. The area is relatively safe, with a lot to explore.

Probably the 30 minute journey to the city centre, on the other hand it is in a discreet and peaceful area.
