Great location, near town centre. The breakfast was very tasty and the layout of the dining room was well organised. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The W.C. in the room was frustrating to use with its, i believe water saving flush. I did find it a little difficult to find the hotel when driving in the street. Maybe, install a larger sign?

A couple of minutes walk to the pier and the tram to go up the great orm, Very clean and tidy, lovely breakfast and Mark and Fiona are the nicest people you could ever meet. I highly recommend staying at Breeze B & B.
