friendly staff, very clean, spacious rooms, centrally located

spa facilities weren’t great. steam room and sauna don’t work properly, apparanlty that’s how they always are - so they basically don’t get hot enough (hardly any steam and sauna was not hot at all)

Aircon in room was good

No staff member spoke English, no air-conditioning in the restaurant and lobby, so it was very uncomfortable trying to eat when the temperature was 38 degrees with all doors open. The swimming was very murky. The carpets in the room were old and stained, and the room was not vacumed. The hotel is old and needs updating. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to forenor.
