"Lovely and comfortable stay"

Everything. The place was clean and comfortable, nice couch and bed. Good location, near shops and restaurants downstairs. Swift and convenient check in with a code. Lovely and spacious bathroom and bedroom.

The communal laundry can be inconvenient

Full of light, spacious, Apt 306 faces large (round) square with some view, great furniture, large balcony

Key card is fixed inside the key box (inacceptable process as you have to open the box each time and nestle the card back in - only because some guest took a card with them? - wtf), there is only the bright downlights in both living and bedroom so you cannot create a cosy atmosphere whatsoever (why have nice rooms when they only have 'cleaning lights'?), no tea/coffee not even for the first morning - why?
