The staff was accommodating.

Reception area - smell smoke all over the place. Cabinets and fixtures are too old.

False ads. It is not like what they advertise. It's a pension house, an old building, with unused/antique furnitures..stairs and lobby is not presentable

The pictures on the ad were way different from the actual rooms

Signage is not quite visible if the taxi is not familiar with hotel location

The bed is ok and the aircon is doing fine.

No soap,no shampoo, no toilet paper, no towel rack, the toilet does not flush, old facilities, etc. Have stayed at other Red doorz before but this is bad, very bad.

Accessible restaurant at the ground floor. AC is working fine. Kinda decent for its price.

CR didn't have a flush. Bed mattress were too firm, would have been nice if it were a little soft.
