Read reviews,same problem,had to pay for electricity,cleaning apartment,After 4 days not cleaned owner asked me,you really need cleaning,on arrival small boiler out of order,toaster out of order.You as Booking Com need to state,electricity must be paid,reviews are there same problem,but see you don't care

Schöne, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Wohnung. Etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, auf halbem Weg gibt es Motorradtaxis und Tuk-tuks. Nach 5 Tagen wurde die Wohnung sauber gemacht und Wäsche gewechselt.

Die inserierte Waschmaschine war nicht da, dafür wurde die Wäsche einmal umsonst gemacht. Toaster und Wasserkocher funktionierten nicht.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment.. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had all the necessary amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made the stay very convenient. The swimming pool area was also very nice and well kept, providing a great place to relax. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mombasa who is looking for a peaceful, well-located apartment with great value. I would gladly stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this one-bedroom beach apartment behind Go Kart near Severine Cowrie Shell. The location is excellent—quiet, convenient, and close to the beach, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself was very clean, well organized, and exactly as shown in the photos. The living area was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool area, which was well maintained and added a nice touch to the overall experience. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Communication was smooth, and they made sure everything was ready and comfortable upon arrival. Their hospitality really made the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great location, great host, and excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again.
