"Overcharged and underdelivered"

Beds were comfortable

The price listed for 2 nights was $153 plus $100 refundable deposit so I didn't think anything of the total of $259. But then I was charged another $100 for the deposit. So the price of the room was more than $100 over the advertised price. Ended up only staying one night and not only did they not refund the extra night they wouldn't even respond to inquiries. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom and a bedroom door was damaged. Oh and the wifi was really bad. With the exorbitant rate we paid we were instructed to take out our own trash, put away the clean dishes in the dishwasher from a previous guest and wash our own dishes. Definitely recommend you stay in a hotel.

Situated in cozy Westport - so walkable to coffee shops and really anything you need. The area was perfect and felt like where I might live if I lived in KCMO so felt so comfortable.
