Holden Court Apartments -Apt 4

Luckily the beds were reasonably good, so my back didn't hurt. Bus stop right in front of the house and fast food and kiosk services are also next to the house.

I don't really know where to start? Unfortunately, nothing was in order in this property / apartment in any way. The pictures speak for themselves. Finding the keys was a challenge. When you enter, there is a clear smell that the apartment has some kind of problem in our opinion. The taps are broken in both the kitchen and the shower, i.e. they are leaking. So dirty in our opinion that unfortunately we did not dare to use the kitchen, except that we washed all the plates, glasses, mugs and spoons, forks and knives we used before using them. The floors were broken in the hallway, which suggests that water had leaked at some point. The mirror in the hallway was attached in a really strange way. There was no air conditioning, just a humidity blower. The small fan was broken! The thermostat did nothing, the fire alarm was out of place. If I started writing everything, it would take too long. The kitchen fridge was dirty, the microwave was rusty, the filters were badly covered in grease, the cookers were covered in limescale and smelled bad. The chairs and table were shaky. We were really afraid that something would fall apart in our hands. Unfortunately, it is impossible to add all the pictures here that would show the condition of the apartment. There would be a lot to fix!

Everything was good ! Good location and most important for me - parking available. Great contact with host.

All was ok !

Neat and clean and lots of furnitures are there. Property is having coolers in each room and tvs in teo rooms. Sofas are excellent.

It was dirty and stinky. You can hear everything from the other apartments.

Large living area. Owner offered alternative accommodation when we contacted him about awful inconsiderate activity of apartment above for our first two nights. We were grateful for that but upheaval two nights into a four night stay when you're staggering jetlagged was also not our first preference.

Carpets clearly not vacuumed for months (no vacuum cleaner in cleaning cupboard so we couldn't do it either, had to wipe our feet before getting into bed), bedrooms filthy (heaps of cotton wool buds spilled on floor in one corner and left there), sheets didn't cover mattress, no bath mat, no bathroom fan (or window), toilet dirty with 'things' in it on arrival, recliner sofa armrests and cup holders full of crumbs, towels revolting. It basically never gets cleaned properly, or even close to adequately. One tiny 60x30mm piece of sponge for cleaning so very hard to wipe table or benches after use. Crockery and cutlery all stained or had dried food on it. We had to prewash everything before using it because of dried cheese and egg on things. Incredibly noisy too, just walking around. We unfortunately had extremely inconsiderate nocturnal guests above us for the whole four night stay. It really was nothing like the impression that we got from the photos.
