"Avoid at all costs...not as advertised and unclean on arrival"

The place was close to the convention center and downtown area. The management company was polite and pleasant but ultimately unhelpful I'm addressing our concerns about cleanliness and the state of the house at check in.

The pictures were not representative of the place, the house is in rough shape. The house was not cleaned thoroughly and was dirty when we got in. There were soiled areas all over the carpets on the 2nd and 3rd floors, sheets and pillows were stained or clearly not changed prior to our visit, the dishwasher had dirty plates and utensils that were left from previous renters and not touched by the cleaning crew. Cabinets clearly had mouse droppings and we found a dead mouse under one of our beds.
