Excellent location near all of the Palermo attractions. The space has endless sleeping options. Kitchen is well stocked. The balconies are great.

More couch seating would be nice.

“private parking on site” means there is a parking near location. Customers would be delighted to also find some dishwasher and washing machine tablets, so they are not forced to buy quantities they don't use anyway.

The location is walking distance to the city center.. All the rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. Fabio was very helpful to get us a wheel chair for one of our friends.

The place needs a refurbishment. The bathroom showers were old and the same for the kitchen area. The water was accumulating in the shower and it was not comfortable. No fresh shower gels were provided which are generally very common at BnB apartments.

Good location, large, cozy apartment, clean, all the facilities, parking near-by (for a fee), free on the street but busy, elevator. The host is very hospitable, answers promptly to requests.

Spacious flat with a large balcony in good location. Close to amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and train staition. We staid 10 adults in this flat without any problems with common areas such as kitchen, bathrooms and balcony.

Big difference between the five rooms in terms of comfort and size.
