"If you can live without ketchup, this is the best place to stay in Dornoch’"

Nice quiet location, walking distance from the town and the golf – lovely and warm with a great kitchen/living area (plus a conservatory) and comfy spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite – which was just what we wanted

"Convenient place for a disabled person and chair in the ensuite was very useful."

The grooved dining table had crumbs in the grooves & there were crumbs between the cushions on the sofa facing the tv. Opened the dog cupboard looking for a bin bag - quite a pungent smell.

Nice quiet location but still close to centre (5mins walk) with lovely private garden

Minor point but we didn't have an iron - think it may of been kept in owners room in error.

Super location, nice easy walk into town. Handy supermarket 5 minutes away. The beach is cracking 10 - 15 minutes away depending how fast one walks.

A small section of fence at the side of the property would enclose the back garden just to make it dog secure.
