It’s very cosy and has the necessary facilities needed.

There are 2 floors hence moving the luggage up and down the 2nd floor can be abit of a hassle

Location great, very short walk to main street (just no views) very clean (spotless - quite new?) slippers, comfortable, quiet.

Parking was a bit confusing, no lines, on gravel behind the building, but host called out as we arrived that we were fine where we had stopped out the back. Needed coins for washing machine and dryer in communal laundry room. No real table to eat at in room - desk below tv. Quite small for 4 people, but lovely. Shared microwave available in area outside room.

南小樽駅から徒歩3分とアクセスがよく、メルヘン交差点までも徒歩数分の抜群の立地です。地元の飲食店も徒歩10分圏内にあり、地元の味を楽しめます（土地勘がないと飲食店を探しづらいかもしてませんが、Google MAPで探してみてください）。 施設の寝具や備品は非常に清潔で、バスタブやシャワーも非常に清潔です。部屋もとても広々としています。洗濯機や乾燥機など基本的な備品も全て揃っています。そして何よりもオーナーさんがとても親切です。 大人1人に子ども2人（1人は乳児）、大きなスーツケース2つと大荷物の私たちを見て、翌日は駅まで車で送って下さいました。次回小樽に来る時も必ずここに泊まります。

良くない点はありません。 エレベーターはありませんが、オーナーさんが荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいます。
