Booked this place £130 hard earned money . Got here pin code was not the correct one it was 12 at night we had no choice to sleep in car in car park in this weather . Flatt 77 tryed to help and and confirm this . I paid and dint even get to go in there this is Wrong I'm not clued up how to get refund . Contact number is of at all times fake num please beware as I no have sore neck from car messed my fully trip up after. A 5 hour drive there then 5 hour back

Please try refund me if you can help flat 77 can telll you I was a sleep in car as he knocked and woke me and tryed to help .

Good kitchen. Good bed, a bit small do.

My stay in this apartment with my mother and daughter in London was, unfortunately, well below expectations. The issues began right away with the promised parking spot, which turned out to be unavailable. We were informed that the parking permit had been taken by the previous tenant, leaving us without a spot. When I contacted the landlord about this, I was met with a poor response. While I understand that it wasn’t her fault that the permit was taken, I do believe it was her responsibility to resolve the issue, which she failed to do. Upon entering the apartment, we were greeted by sticky floors that were so bad I had to mop the entire place right away. It was either deal with the unpleasant sticky noise with every step or walk barefoot on the uncomfortable surface, neither of which was acceptable. The shower was also in terrible condition. One showerhead sprayed water in every direction, and the other kept sliding down, making it difficult to use. To make matters worse, the shower was full of mold, which is especially concerning when you’re staying in a place for an extended period. The apartment can also become extremely hot, and for the price being charged, air conditioning should be a basic amenity. The lack of proper ventilation made our stay very uncomfortable, especially at night. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing. I expected the landlord to offer some compensation for the numerous issues we encountered, but she was unwilling to do so. It seems the focus is more on making money than ensuring a pleasant stay for guests, which is a real shame. I would not recommend this apartment.
