Comfort Park Inn (Unit of Prohotel)

I recently stayed at Comfort Park Inn in Koyambedu and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is simply stunning, breathtaking views of the ocean. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend Comfort Park Inn to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the center of city

There's nothing to like about this place!

It is old and shabby. It is accessible from the main road via a dirt track, littered with faeces. The room they initially assigned to me was disgusting; the ac was not cooling, the bed sheet appeared discoloured, worn and tattered. I saw a baby cockroach crawling on the floor. They shifted me to another room that was marginally better (though that's not the appropriate word) than the first. However, the bathroom was something to behold: the plumbing and toilet fixtures looked so old and soiled that one could be forgiven for thinking it was installed the previous century. I had to beg for toilet paper. There was no wifi service, and the manager indicated there had been issues with it in the recent past. Whilst Booking said there would be free breakfast, the staff said there was none available. The area surrounding the hotel was filthy. The staff, however, was pleasant, and one could easily see how uneasy they became when I started questioning them and pointing to the facilities' shortcomings. They kept saying this property was recently acquired, and they were in the process of upgrading it. Why accommodate guests in such an unsuitable facility? The lift was not working when I was checking out; instead I had to tote my two suitcases one floor down the stairs to the lobby which was being painted and I had to risk descending the staircase which had tarpaulin spred over it to catch dripping paint. My experience at this facility can only be described as surreal.
