Plenty of space and we used the laundry machine. The owner quickly took care of a problem with the sink and gave helpful advice about getting the Preikestollen the next day.

Two flights of spiral stairs to the unit we used but they had good treads and hand rails. The parking spot available was very helpful. Towels and showers were good. More hooks to hang stuff would have been great. Pullout IKEA bed seemed to be broken so my daughter slept on the couch.

It was in an excellent location for us. All 3 bedrooms were relatively spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to enjoy our breakfast on the terrace. Good shower

One of the beds has an extremely soft mattress which isn’t for everyone. Also we were unable to get the TV to work.

Easy to check in. Car park space was handy. Location was perfect for exploring the area and using as a base. Area was quiet. Unit was a good size for our family. Kitchen had the basics to cook simple meals. Toaster, kettle, microwave too. Beds mattress toppers were very soft and sinky (could be a problem for some). Blinds on the window still allowed light, trickier with nights heading to Summer.

Wifi worked on our first day, then nothing. Communication and help was a bit slow. It wasn't sorted whilst we stayed. No wifi, no tv. Not ideal.

Spacious, good location

The accommodation management only focuses on the issues to her benefit but is non responsive or evasive in answering our questions. For instance, the bathroom and toilet doors are not provided with keys; before check-in, the management mentioned that a second parking lot might be provided for us in another place, in both cases no reply was given till our check out!

The property is managed remotely, so if everything works, you don't come in touch with any host. However if you need them they promptly answer on the phone and Whatsapp. I would like to praise them also for the quick reaction and the workaround I was provided with for the PARKING: A small 2 cars/3 motorcycles open air area next to the building, but nowhere is written that is reserved for the property and there is no bar or gate to prevent any random driver to leave their vehicle there. Result: the host isn't aware whether there is space left and has no direct control of it. The area looked very safe, however parking on the road isn't for free, so it's foreseeable that someone would take advantage of the small space, if no warning signs are in place. Anyway, upon my arrival I called the host and they told me to park in another building backyard few blocks away, where they also have security cameras in place. This one was not blocked by any stranger vehicle so it worked for me. 2 mins walking from the property. Eventually they found the owner of the blocking car and made him move it away. CHECK-IN: you get a code to pick up the key from a box just next the main door. STAFF: nice and supporting. WIFI/VPN: works BALCONY: the best part of the apartment was this outdoor patio almost on the roofs of the neighborhood. Amazing. If only I had a longer stay.. LIFT: nope, only small stairs SIZE: quite large apartment with 3 sleeping room and very welcoming living. Kitchen is also big. CLEAN: yes BATHROOM: split in two: one with the toilet, one with a shower. One sink each. Not huge, not small. QUIET: yeah, it's one block behind the main road, so no issue. Services/Restaurants/Attractions around: 3 mins walking downhill and you are in downtown with restaurants and some supermarkets open until late.

2nd floor with narrow stairs. It was ok for me. Might be little challenging for a large group with suitcases, as the apartment can easily host 6+ people. Parking should be marked better and possibly made closed with a chain or something. Yes it's for free, but in the end I chose that accommodation also because of such facility and I couldn't use it. However the alternative solution worked just fine for me.
