Spotlessly clean and modern. Great shower room. Amazing coffee machine. Francesco met us with a warm welcome and showed us how everything worked. Nice touch. Master room spacious. Main and sofa pull out bed comfortable. We stayed a week so the washing machine was useful. Location was only 5 min walk from main piazzo and bus station. No hesitation in recommending.

...maybe it's just Sorrento but it was a bit on the expensive side...though worth it.

The only positive about this apartment is the location to the centre to town and proximity to the wharf. It is approx 10 min walk.

I have never written a negative review and I travel extensively, however, this one must be stated to warn potential travellers from encountering the same deceitful treatment. When booking I specifically sought a carpark (we were driving North to South of Italy, therefore, we were arriving with a car) as well as an apartment with a washing machine. I confirmed with the property a few days in advance of our arrival to double check all the details. They confirmed all was ok. The day before arriving, I received a message stating that, 'sorry they made mistake' and our apartment did not have a washing machine. We had many discussion back and forth but they simply said it wasn't possible to change and I should check the listing of the apartment I booked. They later admitted to having recently changed their description. Once we arrived, ready to park our car, we were told that there was no park available for us, as it was only for small cars. This was confusing as they did not know what car we would arrive with, yet the property manager didn't have the carpark keys with him. He simply kept stating that he was told by the owner that the carpark was only for small cars. No where in the listing did it mention the size of the car. The property manager proceeded to try to find it in their listing but could not locate that description, but kept insisting it was there. We had to park 15min walk away - total extra of 90 euro. There was no compensation given. He proceeded to tell me if we weren't happy that we could leave and go somewhere else. I asked if a refund would be given, he replied, 'no it would not'. Once inside the apartment it seemed ok until I took a shower. The water rose above my ankles and I had to plunger it and remove all the gunk left behind by previous tenants in order to prevent the water flowing into the bathroom. They gave us 1 bath towel pp and no replacement during our 4 day stay. It was unacceptable and unhygienic.

The property was very clean and spacious. The location was an easy walk to Corso Italia but nice and quiet at night time. Francesco and Anna were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations and advice!

The air conditioning unit broke during our stay but I believe the staff are arranging to get it fixed soon. It would be good for the property to be stocked with bin liners, clothes washing liquid and more toilet paper (we sourced these things ourselves). A shower caddy and hooks for towels would also be really helpful!

We loved everything about the property! Great location, clean and very comfortable! Francesco the property manager was super accommodating and attentive! He was such a pleasure to work with! He responded right away and provided with all the accommodations we asked about!

It was an easy walk to the train station and the city center. The apartment was newly renovated, spacious, and clean.

These are just a few suggestions to make this great place even better: provide written instructions on how to get to the apartment from the train station; a toilet paper holder and hooks or more towel racks to hang damp towels in the bathroom; finally, add a cabinet or console in the spacious kitchen along the long wall to use as a coffee/tea station, thus leaving more room around the stove/sink area.
