The location is excellent and very convenient for visiting the city. I originally chose the apartment because of its 8.8 rating and the availability of parking. Without the issues described below, it would have represented good value for money.

There was a strong smell of damp in the apartment when I arrived, which at first seemed to be masked by cleaning products or air freshener so I couldn't identify the smell. I was so tired the night arrived I went to bed and fell asleep. The following morning I opened the bedroom curtains and saw black mould under the window. In the bathroom, where the smell was strongest, the paint was peeling near the window. The apartment also has no ventilation, which appears to contribute to the damp problem. On the second night the smell made it difficult to sleep. I opened the window for fresh air, but there is no heating in the bedroom, so the room became cold during the night. At 8am on both mornings there was loud drilling and construction noise outside the apartment. I also experienced some difficulty accessing the building during my stay, due to the main door key and faulty lock, that required several attempts to open the entrance door. Because I was only in Córdoba for one day with pre-booked plans, I did not have time to arrange alternative accommodation, although I did consider leaving.

Die Wohnung als solches ist für einen Kurz Aufenthalt in Cordoba gut und schön eingerichtet. Auch wenn es in einem Wohnblock liegt, der ein wenig „ zwielichtig“ erscheint. Aber! Das möchte ich unbedingt betonen, die Nachbarn sind wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte sich von dem der äußeren Erscheinung des Wohnblock es nicht beeinflussen lassen.

1. obgleich die Wohnung schön eingerichtet ist, sind die Sachen nicht gepflegt. Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr staubig in der Wohnung und es lagen noch Haare auf dem Boden.!! Das Bad war sehr sauber!! Das möchte ich betonen. Der größte Minuspunkt ist und war: dass wir erst bei Ankunft erfuhren, dass wir den sicheren, abgeschlossenen Innenhof nicht benutzen können –, obgleich ich in der Kommunikation im Vorfeld betonte, dass wir mit einem voll gepackten Auto und zwei Fahrrädern hinten drauf anreisen. Und aus diesem Grund einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz brauchten. Wir stellten dann unser Auto auf die Straße(und Gott sei Dank ist nichts passiert) und nahm unsere eBikes mit in die Wohnung in den ersten Stock. Die freundlichen Mitbewohner sagten uns, dass dies seit etwa vier Wochen bekannt sei. – also der Vermieter hätte uns dies mitteilen können. Aus diesem Grund fühle ich mich um das angebotene Apartment betrogen!

Man erwartet beim Betreten des Hauses nicht die Wohnung in einem so gutem Zustand vorzufinden, wie sie tatsächlich ist. Wir konnten leider unser Auto nicht im Hof , aber in Sichtweite der Wohnung abstellen. Der Stadtblick und der Blick aus den Schlafzimmern auf die Mesquita ist toll und man ist wirklich zu Fuß in fünf Minuten dort . Großartig . Und die nächsten Selbstversorger werden sich bestimmt über den einen oder anderen (nicht so großen ) Kochtopf freuen.
