ESLas vistas son preciosas
ESMe encantó la ubicación y el trato con el anfitrión. Si necesitabas algo enseguida respondía y nos dejó quedarnos más tiempo el último día. Bastante limpio y cómodo.
No me gustó que uno de los radiadores no funcionaba, nosotros no quisimos que el técnico fuera porque estábamos de vacaciones y no queríamos estar pendientes. Por otro lado pasamos un poco de frío porque las ventanas se abrían con el viento

Ключи передают в другом городе, который находится в 22 километрах от жилья. Хозяин об этом не предупреждает. Дали телефон Бланка, кто отвечает за размещение. Мы позвонили ей с дороги, она сказала что ключи она передаст, мы попросили сбросить адрес где забрать ключи. Она была за рулем и не смогла скинуть сразу. В результате мы получили адрес, когда почти доехали до места. Пришлось возвращаться почти 20 км. Получилось лишних 40 км в темноте по горной дороге. Хозяин должен заранее сообщать адрес где забирать ключи. Тем более что это сделать совсем не сложно. Есть устойчивая связь. Со мной хозяин связался сразу по Ватсапп, попросил заплатить туристический налог и 20 евро дополнительно за то что время приезда было с 19 до 20:00 (потом правда, после моего возмущения снял это требование). Когда приехали в квартире было выключено отопление. Температура была 14 градусов. Отопление включилось только частично. Основной радиатор не работал. Утром температура поднялась до 17 градусов. Мы сообщили об этом хозяину. Он оперативно отреагировал. Пришел техник и починил радиатор, но в 4 часа утра он опять самопроизвольно выключился.

No estaba bien climatizado. Cuatro estufas electricas que no calientan la sala. Dos funcionabas y las otras dos su uso no era nornal. Lo reclamé y vino un tecnico el segundo dia pero no pudes atenderlo. Solo habia un rollo de papel de wc. Las instrucciones para reecoger las llaves no fueron claras y tuve que recorrer 40 km extra para recogerlas. Había un fuego a tierra que era uno de los atractivos del apartamento pero no se pudo utilizar porque no habia leña. Pregunté y nos dijeron que di la queriamos utilizar teniamos que traer la leña. No creo que eso sea lo más correcto. Muy amables por telefono y whats pero todo muy distante. I sin wifi (eso ya estaba anunciado pero en el año 2026 lo creo necesario). Y no es excusa para tener un espacio mas tranquilo y de desconnexión.

El sofà i el matalàs de dormir eren molt incòmodes. El bressol que vam demanar pel nen està espatllat i no el vam poder utilitzar.
ESEn general l'apartament estava molt bé, petitet, però tenia de tot. La vista des del balcó a l'Església de Sant Climent de Taüll, impresionant.
El llit era força incòmode.
ESLa ubicación excelente. Se veía perfectamente San Clemente desde la ventanas.
Un poco pequeño, pero en realidad con todo lo necesario y para tres personas que éramos estaba bien.
ESWe couldn't have asked for more when it comes to the apartment itself. The place was cosy but full of everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including a first-aid kit, electric kettle, and (my husband's favourite) a log-burning fire that we could actually use. The plastic sledges in particular were really appreciate especially as we were able to use them for playing in the snow in a nearby village, the free parking right opposite was very handy, and the views of Sant Climent church from the window was the cherry on top for taking beautiful photos of Taüll.
I didn't really like the way I had to get in touch with them about where to get the keys from. I had contacted them before about the check-in time and they said someone would get back to me but no one did. On the day we were due to arrive I sent messages on booking but no one replied so it was then up to me to search for a contact number, add it to my phone and start sending messages. I then had to exchange messages with a total of three people to finally arrange how to get into the property, making the process far from smooth.
