Clean room. Modern bathroom. Drying rack on balcony for wet swim things. Eating places and grocery store are within 5 minutes walk. Morning staff was very helpful.

Thin walls so we could easily hear noises/muffled talking/TV from the two neighbouring rooms.

This is a cozy oasis for any couple and yet close to everything! Such a great find! We arrived earlier and I forgot to tell them and the lady there Cintia was super helpful even though she spoke barely any English. The fridge in shared kitchen worked out so well too, and we loved the screen on door to look outside and great shower. Overall a perfect stay for couples and walking distance to super market, restaurants etc.

My friend and I had a fantastic 4-night stay here. Andrea and Cinzia were super friendly and accommodating during our entire stay. We stayed in the room adjacent to the kitchen, which was very quiet despite being the closest room to the breakfast area. The room itself and shared kitchen area were spacious, with plenty of room in the fridge to store groceries during our stay. The facilities all worked perfectly well - with a great AC and shower/bathroom. The location of the B&B is fabulous - we've stayed in various areas in San Teodoro, and this was the best location-wise. It's just off one of the main roads (but still very quiet), meaning that you can access all of the local beaches easily by car, as well as local supermarkets and bars.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were nice.

The B&B was nice to stay, cute and clean place. We’ve been their for a night because we went to ‘Spiagga la Cinta’ super place to visit and near by.

We’ve made a mistake for parking, but the contact person was very helpful, they helped us direct by message on WhatsApp.

We liked that the room was clean and quite a modern design and has its own balcony. There is a walkable distance up to La Cinta beach and also a few minutes walk up to the bus station. The most important thing for us was the fact that they cleaned the room every single day and we were allowed to use the fridge to store our own food if needed. A 10% discount to Margherita restaurant came as a bonus. The staff was very friendly and communicative offering us valuable information that we needed on the first day.

This is not necessarily a criticism but for me, the breakfast was not enough. I eat more in the morning and I am used to the English breakfast. However, you will have a good coffee or tea, fruits, yogurt, a very good croissant, cheese, and ham for a sandwich.

Really good correspondence how to check in when arriving late, made it really easy to find. We had a very comfortable bed and good aircon (although quite noisy).

The toilet seat was cracked which made it seem quite shabby. Also our room was at the end of the breakfast room so it was very noisy at breakfast time.

Beautiful room, close to beaches and delicious breakfast!
