Central, secure, good wifi- with parking

Location

Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately below expectations. Upon arrival, the host's welcome was extremely unprofessional, giving the impression that our presence was an inconvenience during their personal time. We were provided with only one set of keys, which was impractical for our group.​ While the apartment was spacious, several issues detracted from our comfort:​ Uncomfortable Bedding: The beds were hard, and the mattress springs were noticeably felt, leading to restless nights.​ Inadequate Shower Facilities: The bathroom lacked a proper shower. Instead, there was a makeshift setup in the bathtub with a showerhead that sprayed vertically, functioning more like a handheld shower. Additionally, no non-slip mat was provided, raising safety concerns.​ Lack of Laundry Amenities: For a nine-day stay, the absence of a washing machine was inconvenient, as such an amenity is typically expected in apartment rentals.​ Cleanliness Issues: We encountered cockroaches during our stay, indicating subpar hygiene standards.​ Excessive Noise: The street noise was unbearable, with constant traffic preventing a full night's rest throughout our stay.​ Furthermore, at check-out, no one was available to assist us. We had to navigate our way out of the complex and leave the keys in an unsecured manner, which felt inappropriate.​ Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not choose to stay here again.

Location is close to shops

Megan the host was very unprofessional and lacking a sense of customer service. Driving around Cape town to find keys. From previous experience in same area did not feel safe at all about location to collect keys at night -time. Megan switched of her phone and made it our problem to get the key. No follow up from Megan. The floor was dirty and sticky. The shower did not work. Extended shower hose had to be held with one hand to shower. NO privacy in bathroom (no blind or curtain). The curtains in bedroom and lounge too small for window. (also no privacy). Host responsibility towards service was unacceptable

Close to the stadium

I had to wait outside and kept on calling for someone to come and bring the keys

Wifi did not work and I report it but no one assist or help us with that.

Absolutely perfect location for DHL Stadium in Green Point. Not glamorous and not pretty, but comfortable bed with good bedding and a clean shower meets your needs if you’re in town for an event.

The Bed in the main bedroom was comfortable…

Given that this apartment is an Air B&B, my wife and I didn’t like checking into a place were the wardrobes is occupied by the owner's personal blankets. There weren’t not even folded properly which says a lot about hygiene. We asked the host about it and it felt very weird. The less there is of the owner's personal blankets (which we couldn’t even touch given the state) etc, the better I feel. Bathroom too small. Shower screen require immediate attention. Having to pass communal trash bins all the time to parking wasn’t very pleasant.

Everything was good

We loved the location, the space and the ease of entering the place. The ManageAir staff were friendly, helpful and patient.

Perhaps a small adjustment to the shower glass panel, the water runs underneath onto the tile floor, perhaps a rubber or silicone seal would help.
