ZAIt’s a lovely little unit. Perfect for our family of three and it was right in front of the crashing waves and the beautiful Umhlanga beaches. The unit had everything one needs to be comfortable.
There were no lifts to the unit which is up two flights of stairs. It can be challenging to carry suitcases and other bags

ZALocation was perfect. Patience (the cleaning lady) provided a good service.
1.The parking or rather lack of, is what will make me not to return. In fact if you have a car that's bigger than a KWID or any of the same size, don't bother, unless you don't mind parking on the streets or rush to be back by early afternoon just so you can find a spot in the less than 10 spaces that are available within the complex.. 2. The WiFi was acting up all the time. We ended up having to use our own data for the rest of our stay.

ZALoved the neat & tidy place, so comfy and the views are exceptional. Loved that we could walked everywhere that everthing was within walking distance. Loved the gate going to the beach. Our cleaning lady Patience was an absolute angel. Fast service when we had trouble with the toilets cisterns they came and fixed it on the same day we've reported it. Also on Sunday when the wind was bad and the whole block had a wifi outage they came quickly to help resolve the problem. Very clear instructions for where to pick up & drop the keys aswell as where our complex was. Thank you will definitely book again.
Not really a dislike but would be great if each unit would have its own allocated parking or the people with smaller cars to use the garages.
