"Pleasant"

This stay was a quick overnight stop between UAE and reaching Jabel Akhdar. Easy place to stay and take a break from long drive. Therefore, fit for purpose and very clean.

"New clean hotel with affordable rooms"

Was in Ibri for one day work. The hotel is new and all clean with modern finishings. With the value I paid it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly enough and did not experience any issues. Corridors were noisy as families were staying in some rooms but the room itself was very quite even though it was facing the main road.

For the value i paid, I can't think of any negative points.

"The room was not cleaned after previous guests!"

The bed was comfy, the bathroom new and clean

The room had not been cleaned, the bedsheets, the towel, the soap used by previous guests. Horrible! They changed the room for us eventually after we had complained. Also one towel per room for two people. Ridiculous!
