The location ( in the centre of Orvieto) but in a quiet courtyard. The room was very clean.

Difficult to check in. The owner cuts the phone off when you speak to her in English as she doesn’t understand. We had to get an Italian to speak to her instead. The room is meant to be self catering but there is no kettle for making a cup of tea

This place was beautiful. Wish it was available the whole time we stayed there.

Lots of room and beautiful. Right in the center of town so easy to walk and see everything.

Everything. Comfy bed. Spa bath and separate shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy modern apartment. Central, quiet location. Everything within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in good condition. Host came out to meet us in the street so we knew exactly where to go and we were able to check in an hour earlier than the posted time. Good value grocery store almost right next door to the apartment. There are no outdoor sitting areas at the apartment but there are lovely parks with big shady trees within walking distance with amazing views nearby - great for a picnic. Also plenty of restaurants with indoor or outdoor seating nearby. We spent 3 nights here and got the Orvieto Cartia Unica pass. All of the places to visit on the pass are within walking distance from the property. Loved this town and can definitely recommend this apartment.

Location perfect!!! You are in the main part of the city but without the sound!! Cleanliness perfect! Decor fun! Size generous! Temperature- has cooling and looks to be equipped well for heating!!!
