Owner speaks English and is very helpful and professional. Great location. Flat is pleasant, clean and tidy. The elevator is useful. Roof terrace has good views and is pleasant for sunbathing with loungers available. Well kitted out kitchen. Sea and sunset view (in Jan) from small balcony is lovely.

Bed was a little bit hard for me.
