Beautiful and well furnished apartments. Have everything you need for both short and especially for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen even with an air fryer provided. Depending on which floor you will live you will also get a balcony with a view to the canal. Spacious parking lot and easy access with codes to the main and apartment doors. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Neighbours sometimes forget that they are not alone in the building and get noisy in the evening.

Everything was so clean and anything I needed away from home was there .

Only one thing I wish they had… was a full length mirror . I would have loved to see what I looked like completely before I left the flat .

There was nothing not to like about this property to be honest. Maybe a lift would be great aside from that no issues.

The first impression of the property was how clean, neat and spacious the it was. The property was warm, with facilities to make it feel like home away from home. There were cooking and cleaning facilities which made the property ideal whether staying for a couple nights or longer. Ann, who I had liaised with prior to arriving, was incredibly helpful and prompt with her responses. I hope to stay here again the next time I visit Birmingham.

I had two very pleasant nights in the property and have no complaints.
