Everything!!! We have never stayed anywhere so immaculate…. Perfect interior design & impeccably clean. Everything is labelled making it easy to use and navigate equipment. Love the QR codes. Amazing location near to roundhay park and a row of loverly shops bars and eateries … the owners were incredibly hospitable. We will definitely be back …. Feel like we have had a real treat!

This apartment is beautifully appointed and styled. It is really clean and comfortable. The welcome pack of beer, mini gins and snacks are a nice touch to enjoy during your stay. The location is convenient being close to shops, restaurants, a couple of pubs and a few minutes walk to Roundhay Park. The hosts are super efficient responding to any queries. I would definitely stay here again.

Hi, Zoe, Thank you for a very comfortable stay with all facilities very well thought out and with such striking, fresh décor. We didn't need the sofa bed linen, after all, but thank you for asking and putting it out. I had wondered whether one of us might not manage the stairs after a fairly recent ankle op, but all was well. Your apartment is so quiet, with ample street parking for a second car. It was only 5 mins from our son and daughter in law's house, so ideal. We would certainly stay again and would also be interested in the apartment below sometime, as there would be fewer internal stairs. Many thanks, again, for everything and excellent communication. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

This really is a ‘beautifully appointed apartment’ in an excellent position in Roundhay. It is warm, clean, stylish and modern. There are good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets (even an award winning butcher for those breakfast sausages and bacon) within a few steps from the front door. WiFi is good and if you do need to work there is space to do so. Communication from our hosts was friendly and informative. And, thank you Zoe for the thoughtful welcome gift.

The apartment is unsuitable for anyone with a mobility issue and children. Very steep stairs. The bathrooms are very clean and modern but basins are ‘compact’.

Beautifull apartment in a great location ! everything was as described. The apartment is highly maintained and its is equipped with the latest facilities and technologies. We came for a show of Shania Twain in the Direct Arena and it was very convenient to get around event to the center of the city with Buses and Uber. Zoe the host was very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment.
