La struttura non è adatta per accogliere degli ospiti e l’host non è collaborativa

Pessima esperienza, sconsigliato Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questo appartamento è stata pessima. Fin dal nostro arrivo l’host si è dimostrata poco collaborativa e per nulla disponibile ad affrontare i problemi riscontrati. Il divano letto aveva lenzuola evidentemente già usate, il bagno presentava forte umidità e muffa, e la cucina era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Il fornetto era talmente sporco da risultare completamente inutilizzabile. Di fronte a questa situazione ci siamo sentite costrette ad andar via. Abbiamo contattato Booking per richiedere un rimborso, ma ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto accordarci direttamente con l’host, che però non ha mostrato alcuna volontà di collaborare. Risultato: una pessima esperienza e soldi buttati. Non consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura.

Its location

Property needed serious tlc. No air movement, apartment smelt damp. One socket in kitchen (for four kitchen appliances). There was rotting food in freezer. Clothes rail in bedroom was 2.5metres high. Flimsy garden chairs at table. Mould in bathroom. Hair dryer holder hanging off the wall. The apartment could be a good holiday let after remedial work is completed.

The location was good for town, beach, restaurants and transport links. Excellent value for money. Communication with the agency was helpful.

Noise from the street from passing vehicles, especially in the early morning.
