"Superb"

It is finished to a high standard. The open plan kitchen/dining area is great. The garden is also pleasant. Location is good, in a (mostly) quiet area.

One ground floor bathroom and WC for two upstairs bedrooms is a bit inconvenient but was okay for two friends, but I don't think it is sufficient if two couples stayed. Portsmouth football stadium is just behind the house, so obviously it is ideal if you are coming to watch the football, however it is a bit noisy during the game and surrounding streets get busy before and after.

"Great 2bed house in Portsmouth"

Absolutely lovely 2bed house in the Fratton area of Portsmouth. Comfortable furnishings in a lovely lounge. Very well equipped kitchen, very comfy beds. Spotless bathroom with fantastic shower. Enclosed small back garden suitable for pets. Very nice park with a big playground at the end of the road. Attractions a short drive or bus ride away. Reasonable rate cabs. A great base for discovering Portsmouth.
