"It wa comfortable, but we ended up only staying 1 night instead of 2."

The beds were comfy

The location and not having a key. Not having a key to lock doors from the inside. Have young kids so couldn’t keep them safe as they could get out. Is the access code always the same? If so any previous occupants could get in.

The property was very clean and welcoming. There was everything you could need for your stay. The little touches of toiletries and tea, coffee and sugar was a welcome touch. It was very homely. Would recommend it and would stay again.

"House was clean, warm and comfortable, perfect for our group."

Location was good, in a quiet area within easy reach of the M1 and a few minutes walk from a shop, Chinese and chippy, and direct bus services into the city centre which took 20-30 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed and the milk in the fridge was much appreciated after the journey. Bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and bedrooms were clean, with comfy beds. We had a minor issue with the door lock when we first got there, but Steve called and sorted it out straight away, much appreciated the support! Overall, a great stay, would definitely come back again if we’re in Nottingham!
