Excellent location. Yes, it's an older refurbished caravan however it was immaculately clean and has everything we needed to have a lovely time away. The large enclosed garden was a major bonus too. Fantastic value for money, we will definitely book again.

Maybe the mattresses on the single beds were a bit uncomfortable, however I'm sure they aren't intended for us chunky adults to be sleeping on them. In truth, there's nothing not to like!

"Really enjoyed it"

The caravan was really modern and clean. The fenced garden was a big plus for us. Situated in the perfect spot close to shops Takeaways and club house. Laundry facilities close by to. Close to beach and Brean leisure park five mins up road. Lovely food from all takeaways on site. Weather was great to. Will definitely book again. Dog friendly too.

"Great location and good value!!"

Great location to the club, shop, laundrette and more. Can be a touch loud on the weekend because the music but that’s to be expected! Nice garden with lots of room, plenty of crockery etc and other useful bits. The owners were great, very quick and helpful with any queries no matter what time etc. Nice and clean compared to others we have stayed in, great that it’s dog friendly too! Lovely gift left for my son which was kind. I love the idea of the ‘waste basket’ where guests can leave partially used items for others to use such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll or more. Such a great idea for wastage. Overall a lovely stay! Thank you :)

Nothing in particular that would make me not come back! Only comments would be to ensure all cupboards are empty for guests to use if I had to pick something!
