Welcome to home sweet home S #2 near LU, Stadium & general hospital

Mario is an excellent host. When we arrived he was standing at the front door with a big smile. Breakfast is normally served, but coffee and croissants were provided our last morning.

The room needed a small chair. No breakfast.

No meals served. The owner is a warm and friendly gentleman. He is very thoughtful and helpful.

The unit was upstairs so it was difficult for me personally to navigate as I have a leg injury. I just believe that this should be revealed in the writeup concerning the property; all three units are upstairs and do not have some of the services that most hotels/motels have such a small frig, a tv, a microwave, etc. That did really didn't bother us but I think it would be good policy to reveal all that information.

Beautiful setting, lovely decor. Gracious. Smart security setting. Everything needed was provided. Host was friendly and attentive. (There were actually 3 deer eating in the side yard when we arrived to check in. -So serene!)

The host is an excellent business person and knows hospitality. I stay at the Home Sweet Home when in Lynchburg because there is no place that is compatible with the accommodations and the price.

None. I would have liked to have been able to stay longer, but my schedule did not allow.

I chose this location because I have allergies and it was one of the only places that doesn't allow pets. The owner was very pleasant, the room was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet.

It was a simple room accommodations which met my needs. No TV. Clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood. I was able to take a morning walk and feel safe. No loose dogs. The host Giovanni was very pleasant.

I didn’t partake in the pastry and coffee provided each morning but it was offered. Was quiet, comfortable and Giovanni was kind, considerate and thoughtful. The area was safe and pretty and a good location.

I liked everything about the property and the host. A suggestion though is to have a small refrigerator located in the room. Didn’t have access to a refrigerator so couldn’t have any cold drinks and it was warm and humid .

Our host was extremely helpful, kind, funny and excellent with communication. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
