"Safe and clean property with excellent location"

Perfect location, 2 mins walk from beach. Excellent clean apartment with all basic facilities. Safe front driveway parking. Safe and clean family friendly surroundings. 10 mins drive from Llandudno Wifi with reasonable speed

TV remote was not working, didn't bother me. I hope it'll be fixed soon.

"Wish this was my cottage by the sea!"

A perfect week in every way. Comfy bed, great shower, very warm and cosy. Everything we needed and more. Loved the location so close to the sea. We used Colwyn bay train station many times and then walked different stretches of the coast path. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Thank Ben for a great week away.

"The cottage was cosy but to be honest in my opinion value for money is a definite NO, I wasn’t impressed at all with the"

The cottage was cosy and spacious

The property was tired, towels to small and stained. TV was not suitable for us, some areas of the property were dirty, under the fire, TV and also the downstairs toilet area and also some of the panels at the bottom of the kitchen cupboards were loose.

"Superb"

Good comfy beds and quality bedding. Having the dishwasher was great for me.

Only used toaster once because it tripped the electrics when on.

Only thing if I’m being picky was the mattress was to soft for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference

Nice and spacious, clean and tidy with all the facilities you’d expect from a home. The beach front only seconds walk away was just incredible, lovely and clean with no litter about, quite and peaceful, absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing taking the fresh sea air in.
