Location

Not very clean. No access to live TV. Stains on bedding. Unpleasant odour in property. Small bedrooms. Otherwise, it was fine.

"Very calm and relaxing Apartment also has Tesco at the bottom of the apartment which is so convenient"

Absolutely loved the area it's so convenient literally 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment to the Bullring shopping centre and New Street station. Parking was convenient too. John, the host was so kind helped us for everything we needed very caring individual .We had issues with the bed as the wooden planks wasn't screwed so it kept on falling every time we layed down but john came the next day sorted everything out and we had no issues after that. While checking in, he has also showed us everything and gave us clear instructions which was very helpful. Communication skills was very fast and on point on WhatsApp. Will book again in the future.

Wish there was carpet instead of floorboard as it makes Apartment feel more cold and the main heating wasn't working so we had to have the plug-in ones which wasn't too good.

Great location for train station and theatre. All facilities we needed for the night.

Couldn't get the hot water warm enough on bath tap for bath. Couldn't find the hairdryer.

"Good location but needs some care and maintenance"

Location was great and with Parking it was a bonus.

Beds very uncomfortable and collapsed when I went to get in, spent 30 mins late at night trying to fix the bed so we could sleep. Flooring in the bedrooms was carpet which was heavily stained.
