Inviting 3-Lvl DC Townhome Walk to METRO Station & Union Market H Street NoMa Union Station

This is an absolutely wonderful place. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was a great space.

The apartment was large, the facilities in the apartment were what we needed, the price was cheap for a renovated apartment. An excellent host provided everything we asked for and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

Apartment under renovation with many amenities not related to accommodation, the sofas were itchy so we couldn't sit on them, there was no lighting in the apartment

Unfortunately, the apartment photos create the misleading impression that the property is finished in a stylish loft design. In reality, the residence requires significant professional repair and restoration. While the new refrigerator is a welcome addition, the rest of the interior is in poor condition. The floors creak throughout, the plumbing on the second floor is in disrepair, and the bathroom curtain is precariously fastened with blue mounting tape. The property owners would be well advised to invest in a comprehensive renovation to bring the home up to acceptable living standards.

Komt niet veel verkeer, maar in de slaapkamer aan de voorkant hoor je dat wel. Maar voor ons geen probleem. Het is een oud huis wat ze mooi opgeknapt hebben.
