Exclusive Apartment - close to centre, contactless entry, free parking, WiFi & Netflix

Really convenient place to stay, with fairly good local shops and excellent transport! Nice place, although the bathroom needs a little improvement. Excellent price.

See above about the bathroom. Slightly uneven WiFi, but that's because it's a quarter basement.

The flat used its space well so although it was fairly small, it didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable. There was a washer and a good sized drying rack. The kitchen was well equipped. It was an easy walk to a major street where there were shops and restaurants. The area did not appear to be thriving though. Parking was on the street, but it was easy to find convenient spaces. There was a power outage to the area and the host communicated with us well about it.

This is not a place for people with mobility or balance problems. There were a few uneven concrete stains with no railings to enter the yard and a similar 3 or 4 stairs down to the basement door then a rather high stair to enter. In the flat, there is a step into the bedroom and a different floor height to the bathroom. The bathroom is a wet room with no shower enclosure. The shower head is between the door and the toilet so after a shower it took a while, even after using a squeegee, for the floor not to be wet and in places, slick. Inevitably we needed to walk on the floor. The bathroom had a lot of mold mainly on floor and wall grout. Not for real tall people either. The bedroom ceiling is pretty low.

Great communication with the host. We were in Leeds very early and he allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being made ready for our stay. The apartment has everything you could ever need and was more a 'home from home' than a typical holiday apartment.

Nice basement apartment, perfect for our stay.

Lovely lay out, nice and spacious. Good size fridge. Comes with everything you need for a few nights stay.

A bit if a damp smell.
