This condo unit has a very space efficient layout, is clean, cozy, comfortable...and has a spectacular view of Pasay and beyond.
It has a TV room with a day-bed which is super comfy for watching TV; and, below it there’s a pull-out drawer bed... so, if needed, you have TWO full-size beds in the TV room; and the TV room has a sliding door, which you can close, in order to have the privacy of a bedroom.
Then, there’s a separate master bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed, and a quiet, breezy, ceiling fan. The kitchen is very useable, with microwave, electric coffee pot, rice cooker, cookware, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, and spare trash bags. There are two different tables, for eating. One table is taller, with bar stools, and is next to a huge window with beautiful, unending, views of Manila... and the other is a round glass-top table, with seating for two, nearby. You will love sitting at the taller table, observing the city lights.
Small note-tags are placed, here-and-there, to give instructions how to operate appliances (washing machine, shower hot water, etc.).
It’s a corner unit; so you have a wide view of the city. From the balcony, you can see Star City, and it’s within walking distance.
The air-conditioning unit which works well, with no issues; the host has decorated the unit in a way that gives a homey, comfortable, and welcoming, ambiance.
My group stayed here for 5 days; and with each new day, we were increasingly glad that we chose to stay here.
We tried to protect the marble floor from scratches, by not wearing our outdoor shoes inside the unit. We could see that the owner has tried hard to keep this condo unit in pristine condition; so we tried hard to avoid leaving scratches on hard surfaces, or stains on fabric surfaces; and we removed our trash, frequently, and dropped it at “the trash room” down-the-hall across from room 4019.
Convenience store and restaurants are in the building, at ground level.
We didn’t like being facially photographed, upon initial check-in, by the security guards at the front desk. In a digital world, with evil governments spying on their citizens, for all the wrong reasons, it’s very important for all people to avoid being tracked and scrutinized by internet-connected surveillance cameras.
