Giant Yurt Sleeping 8 with Spa, Catering, Walled Gardens, Nature Reserve, Free Parking

The communication between the hosts and myself was excellent. Questions were responded to quickly and efficiently. They were very welcoming when we arrived and The Yurt was so charming and amazing. We ordered afternoon tea which was all set up when we arrived. It was so fabulous and lots of lush savory and sweet delights. We had a wonderful stay with friends for my daughters 13th birthday. Breakfast was also a lovely start to our day before our journey home. Thank you we will definitely be visiting again.

You will need matches to light the fire in the Yurt or the firepit out in the garden. This was just a minor detail.

Beautiful little romantic hide away

A toilet close it is only probably a minute walk but that’s far in the middle of the night but i did know that before I booked

The yurt was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was extra bedding if we decided to make up another bed during our stay. The area surround the yurt was private and spacious for games or to sit around the fire. The bathroom was a short walk from the yurt but was modern and clean. The hosts were more than helpful before and during our stay. There is no need to leave the area once you arrive as there is everything you need in one place. We also went to the spa and I could not fault it. We felt relax and well rested come the end of our stay and were sad to leave

There was no mirror in the yurt and there were a few bulbs missing from the lights inside the yurt. This did not impact or stay and certainly wouldn’t stop us from coming back

Nice clean very good experience

Whilst the Yurt was nice, and facilities were quirky, we were very disappointed by the attitude and approach of Management, whose poor online system double booked for us into their spa - management then pressured us to use on another day. We agreed to this under some pressure on the phone, but then they showed no understanding or sympathy when we decided on reflection upon arrival that we would have been better not going ahead with the booking. I hope the management team aren't as condescending to Hen Do's/ Wedding parties!

Think it could do with another electric point somewhere. But isn’t nothing major.

The yurt was beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. We will definitely be back 😊
