!!! Relaxing View, The Heights Apartment With Terrace and Heated Pools, Los Cristianos

Location was great - close to everything but peaceful and quiet.

We loved the place

Great hosts, very tidy clean apartment with comfortable bed and nice shower.

We We stayed here as a family of 4. Communication was great from start as was provided with phone number of lady to meet us on arrival. So just let her know then when we left airport in taxi ( taxi cost €30.00 for 4 of us)we were met on arrival and shown to apartment.There is 3 different elevators you have to go on to get to apartmnt ,but better that walking the steps.,and not too differecult really after your first or second time doing this. Sounds complicated but really its not.The apartment was a great size for the 4 of us. Had all that was needed for us, kitchen, nice size sitting room with great wi-fi and good size TV with English channels on it.nice and clean apartment.had washing machine and place to hang your clothes on balcony .balcony was great also for having breakfast as sun didn't shine that time of day on it, but lovely there . Sun got on terrace for afew hours in afternoon. Hot water was great for showers . Area felt safe at night time. You didn't have to go to main area all the time as supermarket only 2 min walk from complex .also a 24 hour supermarket just another few minutes away also. There is also bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk which has lovely food . This area also close to amenities, like monkey park( €5.00 taxi fare) 5 min drive away. jungle park, siam mall€8.00 taxi fare or ( free bus not far from complex),we got free bus there but got taxi back as journey was about 10mins in taxi straight to door and over half hour otherwise. siam park(free bus also not far from compkex) Aqualand€8.00 taxi fare or( free bus also not far from complex) .

1.No air con, there is a ceiling fan in sitting room and a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms( main bedroom) The sittlinroom fan worked perfectly but the bedroom one was terrible.,the one in bedroom did go around but I think it needed more power to circulate the air as this was a small ceiling fan. We were there when it was 29 degree so needed the fan. No ceiling fan in second bedroom but they provide a plug in fan ,so use this for the children as it was needed in there and worked for them.. We had to move our bed out into sitting room for the ceiling fan out there. Did ask for another plug in fan for our bedroom ,but this they did not provide. 2.The fridge didn't work properly and messaged about this straight away on our first morning there, it was working but would not go below 8- 10 degree. We were told that this could not be fixed till at least the 10th or 11th of the month which was after we were leaving .we stayed there for 9 nights...when fridge was opened the light kept flickering on and off while opened so you knew there was an issue with it ( hopefully this was looked into after we left). 3.Another issue was there was no inflatable allowed in the pool ,which was terrible for us as having teenagers they love their inflatable. 4. This apartment complex is build about 25 min walking distance away from the main area of Los Cristianos and up a steep hill from main area. But stil plenty of places in between complex and main area.This didn't really bother us as taxis were about €4.00 from main area or beach so took the lazy way back up.

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment close to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. The internet is fast, and I really liked the pool. The price is excellent, I will recommend it to everyone.

The fans weren’t enough to deal with the heat wave so a shame there wasn’t air con. The hot water also stopped working and took a few days to fix. Worth noting that the property requires lots of stairs or lifts to reach as it is on a high floor. And that the host requires a physical collection of keys, which we found a bit irregular.
