Le patio avec acces direct a la piscine. L acces a de nombreux commerces et services. Gare Cercanias et bus a proximite.

Pas d eclairage dans la seconde chambre. Robinet de la cuisine endommage. Les traces de moisissure sur le velux de la douche.
