Villa estilo mediterránea con Piscina, Jardín, Bbq y Jacuzzi - VILLA BEL AIR REAL

First of all when we arrived the cleaners had just left. First thing we saw were cockroach’s which scared my grandson. As we walked in to the dimly lit lounge the was a live cockroach poking out from the sofa, we moved the sofa and there were bits of food under there hence the cockroach’s. The cutlery , plates and oven dishes , glasses etc had to be washed by us before use as they had dried food on them. We then went to view the pool , you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. I messaged the rental office and ask the to come round they refused and said they had videos and it was clean . I disagreed with them and so messages went back and forth and in the end they told me to get my money back from booking . Com and leave. I have all these messages and pictures. My grandson who we took for his birthday was upset that we couldn’t let him in the pool to much. The pool man was very nice and tried to help but the pool never cleared like he said it would. I have blonde hair and went in the pool to cool down my hair went green , I showed it to the pool man so he should verify this. I’ve taken lots of pictures and have all these messages. I know the rental company will lie. This was the worst 10 days we have ever had and to just tell us to leave instead of putting right the problems is beyond me. They were so rude and didn’t care less that they ruined our holiday. Maybe it’s because the villa is up for sale that they had the bad bad attitude. I do hope booking.com can resolve this for us.

The cleanliness. The pool and cockroaches.

Villa was clean , very roomy, bit dated but nice. Beds comfy.

The green pool. Not cleaned or treated before arrival. Back door could not lock. Shutter would not roll down either.Contaced renat company, who sent out maintained team and pool cleaner man. One lock got fixed , one never. Roller got fixed by pool man. Was told with chemical put in it would be clean in 3 hours, be able to see bottom the next day.It wasn't. Had to get him back on day 3 of hols. He put more chemicals in and used a machine to clean the bottom of the pool. He said when you get in, make sure you definitely have a shower after. On telling rental company of issue was told , stop calling us we have other clients, thats what clour it should be,and just go the beach ! Pool eventually did go blue but unfortunately after all Miguel's efforts, can't fault him, you still couldn't see the bottom. We didn't take the chance , so never got to have a swim in it , which would have been nice to cool down in this heat. Will not pass on rental company details , and this after many uses of booking.com is my first ever complaint! Such a shame be cause we saved hard to get this villa and were so looking forward to staying in it and enjoying a pool and villa. Hope to hear from booking. Com about this.

The value for money is good on this property. It’s a large property with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Good base for you to go and play golf from.

The villa next door was being renovated from 8-8 every day during our stay. This caused excessive noise throughout our stay. Additionally, when we arrived the lounge floor was dirty and one of the bedrooms was out of order, this meant some of us had to sleep together. After checking out, they have tried to request payment for the lounge being dirty as well as bloodstains on bedding, this was not the case and I don’t appreciate them trying to receive extra payment when the house was not fully operational to begin with.

Great cozy villa. Helpful staff. Spacious. Fantastic for a big family get together. Well equipped.

Cold in downstairs bedroom.

Good location for easy access to motorway, walkable distance to the sea. each room has its bathroom.

It is not that spacy as it looks from photos, it is narrow 3 floor villa. The smell in the house is bad, especially on ground floor. Heating was not working on ground floor, therefore it was very cold in december/january in living room. Once complained, nobody bothered to come to fix heating (and lights in one of the bathrooms since it was not working too)

It was much better than I expected and bigger.

The only negative was there should be better towels, but we manged

One of the dirtiest houses I have stayed in. It’s absolutely not maintained and was very dirty. Hair everywhere from previous occupants, the pool and outdoor is not maintained. Ants everywhere on the kitchen. I have more pictures and wish I could share them. Really not worth the money. Very sad. The location was good.
