the house was clean good location and it was quiet lots of entertainment in the park

the bed mattresses were uncomfortable and the internet connection was poor The biggest drawback of the entire park is the lack of safe beach access. I don't understand why there's such a beautiful, large holiday park, but no beach access. You have to drive further to get to the beach. It's a shame, but I have no intention of returning to this park. I'll also add that there are definitely too few playgrounds for children, and those playgrounds offer little entertainment for children. They could invest in that.

All plates cooking equipment microwave was out of reach. Next doors caravan had 2 dogs with very loud barking

It is a very well equipped, beautifully furnished caravan.

There was nothing me and my family did not like

Brilliant set up for disabled would highly recommend. Only downside the on-site bar and food not up to much and pricey but nothing to do with the caravan.

Fan on oven seems to stay on all time can hear during night.

Food in the on-site restaurant “the boathouse” was nice, just pricey.

Here we go, the caravan itself was nice and modern however… it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival, the hoover was stood in the lounge but no floors had been hoovered, there was bits and fluff on every carpet. The kitchen floor had bits around the bin. The kitchen worktop had white residue on it, the microwave door was full of finger marks around the button to open the door and was not clean inside when checked. We didn’t use the oven but it had some sort of fan constantly running all day and night which is bang opposite the twin bedroom.! Tv in twin bedroom didn’t work for dvds and if you plugged the aerial in then the tv in the lounge lost signal. Now the bathrooms, brill size wet room however the shower floor dirty we wore socks when we showered, the toilet……. Had urine on the seat when lifted..!! The en-suite bathroom had toothpaste splashes in the sink and the shower tray was grimey with hairs in it we did not use this. Looked like makeup dust on the bedside table in the main bedroom. Sofa bed..!!! Avoid.!!! Opened it out to use but the sheet on it was stained took this off to put one of our own on and there was what looked like mould patch on it. 😳 we folded it back up and was reluctant to even sit on the sofa knowing what was underneath. I did take pictures and will add some to this review.

Comfortable and clean, good location, central to Brid, Scarborough, Hornsea, Filey, caravan was well equipped, will definitely book again.
