Room was basic but ok, located in the old town, walking distance from most famous monuments/restaurants

We have been advised that the location could be noisy at night, we were prepared but we didn't expect that much. We thought about a normal city noise from restaurant and bars but it was another story. Loud music from nightclubs and lap dance bars was running all night till 5 am. It was unbearable even with the hear pods on. I will not suggest you to stay there if you are not interested in the nightlife.

Clean, modern and good communication via staff.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP. The location couldnโ€™t have been more central, which is exactly why I booked it โ€“ I wanted to be close to everything. However, Iโ€™m going home extremely sleep deprived. The apartment is directly opposite several clubs that play very loud music until 7am. When I woke up for a day trip, the music was still going and there were police outside. It genuinely feels like thereโ€™s a boom box in the room. I think itโ€™s more than just โ€œnot suitable for light sleepersโ€ โ€“ even my friend, who can usually sleep anywhere, really struggled with the noise. While it may be mentioned in the description, it isnโ€™t made very clear. Itโ€™s a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, but the noise at night was unbearable. Iโ€™ve definitely learned not to stay in the old town again! ๐Ÿ˜…
