Location
I reserved this place for my brother, and I initially felt reassured knowing he arrived safely and would be able to catch his flight back to the Philippines without any issues. However, while I was at work, I received multiple calls and messages from him saying that someone was persistently banging on his door. He became so frightened that he had to move the fridge and his luggage against the door, fearing it might be forced open. The experience left him deeply shaken and traumatized. Given what happened, I believe it is reasonable to request a review of this incident and to seek compensation for the distress he went through.
