Noise of the fan from downstairs chonese not disclosed till after you have booked. Whole place needed updating paintwork etc... Also stair carpets were heavily stained

Met our needs last minute at a reasonable price. 3 comfortable good sized bedrooms with good sized living room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom/kitchen fully functional, with decent shower. Check in/out easy.

Located above a restaurant in a row of shops on main road. Parking on local roads 100m+ walk from property. Challenging to find space. Parking directly outside is 1 hr only 7-7 monday to saturday. Surrounding area not very desirable at night. Cleanliness and upkeep poor - stairwell needs carpets replacing (marked and stained). Multiple pictures/mirrors off walls with old nails in walls/damaged paintwork. Loud fan heater for 12+hrs in day from restaurant kitchen. Although this did stop at night.

Nice apartment, a quick bus ride into Coventry City.

-The cleanliness of the property was very poor and looked like it hadn't between clients - The key code given to us what the wrong one to obtain the keys so we was stuck outside in the rain until we finally managed to get through to the host -The extractor fan to the takeaway below went off at around 23.45 and was so noisy so you couldn't sleep. This could be heard on the top floor too

Spacious and comfortable overall. Good interaction with the host.

It just wasn’t clean enough. As soon as I walked in the carpet on the stairs was filthy. The place needed a deep clean and the decoration needs some TLC. I had to clean the whole place with my Mum and Cousin before we could settle.

We liked the apartment very much, the host was amazing, she let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us a lot. The location is perfect for someone who wants to get to both the city centre and the University Hospital.

Perfect location as we were visiting the Coventry music museum and was in walking distance. Had everything we needed much better and easier than a hotel.

The accommodation was very comfortable and the property was very suitable for family to stay together.

We had to move the car early in the morning as there was no designated parking.
